What would you think about getting these as gifts from students. Useless clutter or something cool worth keeping? Still have to let the finish dry, but the top drops in and slides to lock in place. They will have cookies in them, but once the cookies are gone, would you keep them around?

Personally I don't like much clutter in my classroom, but I have a computer lab so I try to keep things digital as much as possible. However I do know plenty of teachers who like little bins and cubbies for a variety of things.

Good to know. These are about 4 x 10 x 4, so not small, but not huge either.

Give them one of these.

Seriously? What is with the random misogynistic comment? Not to mention the sexist assumption that the teachers are female.

Yikes. It was joke.
Obviously not funny joke, but joke. Didn't mean to offend.

Ive tried it 3 times. I really enjoy giving them but the cost of upkeep is worse than a 70s era british touring car....
I think the answer should've been Miata...

Although I myself am not a teacher, nearly all of my family and friends are.
Two of my closest friends and my mother (all primary teachers) said they would love to have these around the classroom to store books and supplies. My male teacher friend said he'd probably keep snacks in there for himself-beef jerky and such.
These look great, by the way. Would love to see the finished product!
